01 General Terms & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the bdkkr platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "Member"). By accessing the bdkkr website or app, or by creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

The following are key definitions used throughout these Terms:

  • Platform: The bdkkr website (bdkkr.bet) and mobile application.
  • Member: Any individual who holds a registered account on bdkkr.
  • Bet: The act of placing a wager on any sports event or game.
  • Wallet: The virtual wallet linked to your bdkkr account where your funds are stored.
  • KYC: Know Your Customer — the process of verifying a member's identity and age.

Important: bdkkr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be sent to your registered email address or posted on the platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at bdkkr, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • Each individual may operate one account only.
  • Your account is for your personal use only — placing bets on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • Employees of bdkkr and their immediate family members are not permitted to register.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to your first withdrawal, or once your deposit reaches a specified threshold, bdkkr may request one or more of the following documents:

  • Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
  • Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
  • Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Warning: Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete. Providing inaccurate information may result in account suspension.

03 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Bdkkr supports deposits and withdrawals through all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following payment rules apply to all members:

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
  • Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
  • Deposits must be made from your own payment account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  • Bdkkr does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
  • KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
  • Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

bdkkr reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal and report to the relevant authorities if suspicious transactions or potential money laundering are detected.

04 Betting Rules & Restrictions

The following rules apply to all betting activity on bdkkr. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, all members can enjoy a fair and transparent betting environment.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

  • Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Bdkkr reserves the right to void any bet placed in the event of a technical error or incorrectly displayed odds.
  • If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
  • Pre-match bets placed before a match begins remain valid even if the match has not yet started.

Betting Limits

  • The minimum stake per bet is ৳100, and the maximum varies depending on the event.
  • Bdkkr reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits for any member.
  • In live betting, odds can change rapidly — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdkkr. If detected, the account will be closed and all funds will be forfeited:

  • Participation in match-fixing or any form of manipulation
  • Placing automated bets using software or bots
  • Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
  • Attempting to exploit odds arbitrage or placing opposing bets on the same event for an unfair advantage
  • Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bdkkr regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. While each offer has its own specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

  • Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a set number of wagers to be completed (typically between 5x and 30x).
  • Validity Period: Each bonus has a set expiry period — if the wagering requirements are not met within that time, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Eligible Bets: Not all bets count toward wagering requirements — specific odds or games may apply.
  • A bonus can be used once: Each bonus can be claimed once per member.
  • Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet is generally capped at 50% of the bonus amount or ৳500, whichever is lower.

Warning: If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, bdkkr reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend the account.

06 Responsible Betting Policy

Bdkkr believes betting should be a source of entertainment. We care about the mental and financial wellbeing of our members, which is why our platform includes several responsible betting features:

  • Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • Betting Limits: Set a betting limit for a specific period of time.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
  • Self-Exclusion: Option to close your account on a long-term or permanent basis.
  • Reality Check: You will receive regular reminders about the time and amount you've spent on betting.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Bdkkr may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms
  • Registering with false or misleading information
  • Involvement in fraud, cheating, or any unlawful activity
  • Operating Multiple Accounts
  • Identified as a minor
  • Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the original payment method, though funds may be temporarily held during an ongoing investigation.

08 Intellectual Property & Content Policy

All content on the bdkkr platform — including logos, designs, software, databases, and odds data — is protected under bdkkr's exclusive intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes beyond the limited access granted under these Terms.

By submitting any content to the bdkkr platform (such as feedback or comments), you are considered to have granted bdkkr a royalty-free licence to use that content.

09 Limitation of Liability

Bdkkr is not liable for the following:

  • Losses or missed bets resulting from internet connection issues
  • Delays or failures by third-party payment services
  • Damage caused by viruses or malware on your device
  • Any activity carried out by someone else accessing your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure
  • Service suspension or restriction due to changes in legislation

bdkkr always strives to deliver the highest level of service; however, in the event of a technical emergency, services may be temporarily unavailable. Any bets affected in such cases will be reviewed and decided on individually.

10 Dispute Resolution Process

Any dispute between bdkkr and a member will be resolved through the following steps:

  1. Step One — Direct Contact: Contact us via email at support@bdkkr.bet or through live chat with details of your issue.
  2. Step Two — Complaint Review: Our complaints team will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
  3. Step Three — Independent Mediation: If both parties remain unsatisfied, the matter will be resolved through a neutral third party.

All operations at bdkkr are conducted in accordance with international gaming laws and the regulations of the relevant licensing authorities.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Bdkkr is committed to protecting your personal information. Details on how we collect, store, and use your data can be found in our Privacy Policy page.

In short: we do not sell your data to third parties. Your information is never shared unless required by law or for security purposes. All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions and Effectivity

Bdkkr reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

  • Notice will be sent to your registered email address.
  • A notification will be displayed upon accessing the platform.
  • Updated terms will take effect 7 days from the date of the change.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
